ProCharger Cog Race Supercharger System (12-13 BOSS 302)

More Horsepower! The stock BOSS Mustang came with an awesome 444 Horsepower and 380 lb/ft of Torque from the factory, but after installation a ProCharger-equipped BOSS Mustang can make 675 to 1000 or more horsepower at the flywheel, depending on boost. Thanks to the industry’s coolest charge air temperatures, the unmatched power gains are delivered with maximum reliability.

High Capacity Intercooler. If you have the desire to continue modding your Mustang even after adding a ProCharger Supercharger, then this is the Kit for you. The race air-to-air intercooler included with the Cog Race Kit has a higher capacity than the High Output (HO) Kit. This Cog Race kit will accommodate additional modifications as you continue to transform your BOSS Mustang into the highest horsepower beast possible.

Cog Race Kit. This ProCharger Cog Race Supercharger system is a tuner kit that comes with a ProCharger F-1 self-contained supercharger, air-to-air intercooler, intercooler tubing, brackets, and a Race bypass valve. Note this kit does not include any fuel management components (fuel injectors, adapter harnesses, fuel pump) or any calibration. Custom dyno tuning is required for operation.

Application. This ProCharger Cog Race Intercooled Supercharger Kit is specifically designed for use on the 2012 to 2014 BOSS 302 Mustang equipped with the new 4 valve 5.0L coyote engine.

Techincal Note. An ATI Harmonic Balancer (part# 918047) is required for 12-Rib and Cog applications. Minor trimming to the interior of the stock factory front bumper cover is required to accommodate the larger front mounted air-to-air intercooler.
