    junk bearings in a junk clutch

    Installed the clutch everything went good felt really good, improvement over stock. Drove it easy for a day came onto it a little and I heard a bearing howling. Took it apart and saw that the garbage pilot bearing which was included in the kit had crapped out, i believe the release as well. I bought some ford oem ones as i don't have the time to wait for Ford Racing to be shipped in. I hope the oem ones will be sufficient. I tried contacting Spec but im sure they wont do anything for me so I will have to eat a few hundred bucks to have it installed again. Spend the money on a zoom clutch or centerforce dont cheap out like me, or the extra money you spend taking it out and in will equal that of a good brand.

    I read Rob's review a month to late. After reading and desiding to go ahead and buy the clutch adjuster kit from American Muscle it was to late :( !!! If you are going to buy a clutch make sure you get a clutch adjuster kit or you will with out a doubt BURN UP YOUR CLUTCH!!! I think i went two months and i relized yesterday that my clutch was slipping, So bottom line , i have to spend another 250 dollars and and like 15 hours of hard labor on the ground pulling a transmission back out !!! GET ADJUSTER OR SUFFER THE SAME PAIN!!!!!

    Great package the spec and the Quadrant were a great buy. The spec grabs a lot better then the factory clutch and the quadrant in gauges a lot smoother. I don't like it I love it!!!!! :)
