Turns Off Dash Light. Your Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) alerts you when the pressure drops to an unsafe limit. This a great safety feature, but if you plan on upgrading to a new set of rims you will need to transfer these sensors to your new wheels, if not you will have an annoying dash light constantly reminding you that your sensors are missing. This Universal Mustang TPMS Sensor Mounting Band makes it possible to transfer your stock sensors to your new rims - eliminating that annoying dash light - and keeping you safe on the roads.

Money Saving. The factory mounting bands are not reusable Ford designed them to be one use only, so they can charge you $50.00 for a single replacement band. That's where the Universal Mustang TPMS Sensor Mounting Band comes into play, this band can be reused again and again when changing between different rims and is only a fraction of the cost of what Ford charges.

Needed to Reuse Stock Sensor. The Universal Mounting Band can accommodate a rim from 14" to 22" in size and reuses your stock TPMS sensor and bracket saving you money.

Application. The Universal TPMS Sensor Mounting Band is designed for use on the 2007-2009 Mustangs with the band style TPMS sensors installed, including the V6, GT, Bullitt, and Shelby GT500 models. Sold individually.

Important Tire Rotation Note. When rotating tires that are equipped with TPMS sensors it is important to reuse the TPMS Transmitter Tool to recalibrate the sensors. By rotating your tires you are changing the physical location of the sensors and your cars computer will need to update to be aware of this location change. Failure to do so will result in inaccurate and incorrect low tire pressure monitoring.

Cheap, adaptable, and it works, but...

Had one come apart, but I was able to get it back together and make it usable. No worse, overall, than the $23 ones at the local auto parts store.

    Best Bang for Your Buck

This product worked flawlessly on my 07 GT/CS when I installed my 2010 GT500 wheels. The sensors are held on nice and tight and I have no TPMS light on the dash, all for cheaper than buying one new sensor. Highly recommend these for anyone putting new wheels on their Stang

Great price on a necessary item

I have two sets of wheels for my Mustang, and when I first started looking for these bands from other places, I figured I would go without a second set of sensors. They were as much as $75.00 a piece from other vendors! When I saw the price from American Muscle, I figured they were probably cheap knockoff bands but would do the job. When I received them, I found that they were pretty much the same bands as my OEM bands. I purchased them with a sensor calibration tool, and now I can change wheels anytime I want. Best price around on these bands.

    Great when changing Wheels

I had two wheels that were "warped" and bought new wheels. They made it possible to use my stock sensors. These bands saved me about $180.00 dallers over having to install after market sensora my local parts store wanted to sell me.They are very close to the factory bands. They work great and were easy to install! Thanks for having a product like this.

    tpms mounting band

This band (large hose clamp) worked as described in the add. The price as resonable and can be reused if one changes wheels. I would purchase again.

    Buy an extra one!!

Great product!! Serves its function, make sure you buy an extra one. I bought 4 to change my wheels out, broke one in the install. The screw came out of the clamp assemble. For the price you can't this product. Even if you have to buy 5 to do 4 wheels, it is still cheaper than buying on factory replacement band. Bought them to put wheels on my 2009 expedition.

    SAVE MONEY

FORD DEALERSHIP ESTIMATED REPLACING THIS BAND AND SENSOR AT $280 to $300 dollars. My sensor is not bad. Upon getting new tires the tire shop found that the right front band was bad and needed to be replaced. New band was not available, so to get me going they used double sided 3M tape. Getting the fault light now and upon removing the wheel something is loose inside tire. It's got to be that sensor. For the band purchase of $9.95 or so the fix will be the cost of removing the tire and installing the band. approximate price after balancing the tire ZERO at the tire shop. Beats the DEALERS PRICE!

    universal tmps sensor mounting band

I'm very happy the way shipping works, it was deliver right on time and the sensor band works perfect. My previous rims broke when i hit the curve and the sensor got damage, so I replaced and the sensor band was bad too. The new band works great it was real easy to install. I got my car back on the road thanks. I do recommend this sensor band.

Easy to use if you have aftermarket or OEM rims

If you're looking for an easy way to turn the TPMS light off on your car I would recommend these bands. They were easy to install but the best part is they were cheap.

Did the job, but quality could be better

The crimp on the screw fastening end of the clamp was not completely made and the first band we put on came apart. We were able to put the screw clamp back together, complete the crimp, and use it. We inspected the other three and finished the crimp process so they didn't come apart when we installed them. We were very careful when tightening the band clamps, but two of them were slipping with little force. They seem to be doing the job, but I wonder if there are some better band clamps out there.
