Description
Boosts Factory Engine Output. As formidable as the 4.0L V6 engine on your fifth-gen Ford Mustang is, you can make it even more so with the polished Vortech V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger with Charge Cooler - Complete Kit. Your output will jump from 210 horsepower and 254 lb-ft of torque to 330 horsepower and 337 lb-ft of torque. That’s an upgrade of 120 horsepower and 83 lb-ft of torque! And that’s due to an air-to-water charge cooler that increases air density to make such a mind-blowing boost possible.
Includes Fuel Management Upgrade. As a complete system, this supercharger kit comes with components that upgrade its ability to increase both air and fuel flow into the engine. This includes high-capacity replacement fuel injectors and a DiabloSport Predator handheld programmer to re-flash the factory processor. Just as the charge cooler covers air, these features cover fuel.
Covered by One-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech covers this system for any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year after the date of purchase.
Requires Expert-Level Installation. This supercharger system includes all the hardware you need for installation, which is rated at an expert level of mechanical skill and can take over 6 hours to complete.
