Description
Boosts GT Engine Output. The GT has always been a higher-performance variant of the already high-performance Ford Mustang. And you can extend such an attribute with the V-2 Si-Trim Complete Supercharger Kit With Charge Cooler. Thanks to a built-in air/water dual-pass charge cooler configuration, output on the 5.0L V8 is boosted from 215 horsepower and 265 lb-ft of torque to 323 horsepower and 365 lb-ft of torque. That’s an increase of 108 horsepower and 100 lb-ft of torque.
Includes Fuel Management Upgrade. As a complete system, this supercharger system includes a fuel management upgrade that comprises a high-flow fuel pump and a fuel management unit. The result is a fuel flow that is optimized for engine performance.
Covered by One-Year Limited Warranty. Vortech covers this supercharger kit for any defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year after the purchase date
Requires Expert-Level Installation. This supercharger system includes all the hardware you need for installation, which is rated at an expert level of mechanical skill and can take more than six hours to finish.
Application. The Vortech V-2 Si-Trim Supercharger w/ Charge Cooler - Complete Kit - Polished fits all 2005–2008 Ford Mustang V6 models. Shipped with a polished finish, it is sold as a kit.
