Increases Chassis Stiffness. Increase the stiffness of your Mustangs chassis and add additional control arm support with a Whiteline Performance Four Point Front Lower Control Arm Brace. This Whiteline brace helps maintain your Mustangs alignment angles and spring rates by greatly reducing unnecessary chassis flex.

Superior Materials. Fabricated from light weight aluminum tubing for strength, this Mustang front control arm brace is completed in a gold anodized finish for durability and corrosion resistance. All the required hardware is included for a bolt-in installation.

    More Than Expected Results

    First the bad. I had to give this four stars for fit due to the nuts welded to the bracket had to be removed. I couldn't get the bolts to thread properly and had to dremel them out and use the extra included nuts instead adding extra time to the install. This was more of a slight annoyance then a significant problem. Otherwise this products fits perfectly. The only challenge is getting the nuts on the bolts for the rear mounts. You can see where these get mounted in my picture submissions. With a little patience getting the nuts on without removing the a-arms is easy enough. There is also room enough to get a closed end 19mm wrench on the nut to tighten the bolts down on the rear (2) mounts. As others have mentioned steering is improved and the front end feels much stiffer. Even though the front end is stiffer steering seems much smoother. I am perplexed by one unexpected outcome and hopefully someone from AM or Whiteline can offer an explanation. In my neighborhood the roads have a great deal of ridges and bumps due to road repair. With my vehicle lowered with the EIbach Pro System Plus and NITTO Extreme Performance NT555 255/45 on 20" Shelby Razors the ride change from stock was as expected much stiffer, and every little bump in the road was significantly pronounced. This change in ride comfort was expected but the change in ride comfort that this Front Control Arm Brace changed was very much not expected. I made it less than a block before I was left with a "WTF" moment. Ride comfort has been GREATLY improved. I'm hesitant at trying to give a percentage of improvement, but I would place a 60-70% improvement in ride comfort. I no longer feel every single one of these grooves with as much stiffness has before installation. This brace has made such a remarkable improvement in ride quality with this setup. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with a lowered ride. I hope someone can chime in on why this brace makes such a difference in ride quality. And as always kudos to AM for great shipping and customer service.

    Great product; much better results than strut tower brace!

    I had to remove my strut tower brace due to the fact that I installed a CDC Shaker ram air system onto my 2007 Mustang V6 convertible. I sold my strut tower brace and eventually purchased this Whiteline front control arm brace. It's a marked improvement over my old strut tower brace providing much better chassis stiffness and quicker steering response. Thank you American Muscle for finally stocking this fine Whiteline product! By the way, it took my mechanic (I didn't feel like getting dirty that day!) less than an hour to install. The product uses existing mounting points and is a complete bolt on item.

    Worthwhile investment

    The fit and finish on this product was excellent. It took approximately an hour to install. I could feel the difference in the steering the first time I drove the car and the front end does not lean as much in corners. I highly recommend this brace.

    Improve your handling

    The Whiteline front control arm brace is well worth every penny. Very easy install. If you have kids use this as an introduction for working on your own car. The handling inprovement is beyond what I expected. My GT convertible feels like it's glued to the road. Buy it; you won't be dissapointed.

    My birthday present

    My daddy ordered me this for my Birthday and I own a 2007 GT Fastback. I can honestly say this is worth the money. It makes my ride handle a lot better. It just grips the road and its that tight feeling you like in a car. I very well recommend this to everyone that wants better handling. It took me and my dad a good weekend to put this together. I love All American Muscle.

    Great Stability

    Got this as a gift for a friend of mine. Installed it and took her for a spin. This control arm brace gave great stability in the corners almost like night and day.

    Good bang, not sure about the bucks...

    OK, let's start with the good... it works as advertised, it even stopped my front end pop that I had under hard cornering. Now for the not-so-great... it arrived with missing hardware, which other than the principle of it, isn't that big of a deal, right? Go to the hardware store, buy a couple of missing washers (I had to get a pack of six to replace two), buy a couple of bolts (Hey! They had single packs of those, that's great!) and buy a couple of nuts (Luckily they had those in singles, too, because the bolts they had didn't have the same thread pitch forcing me to buy nuts to fit the replacement bolts for the missing hardware.) It isn't the few dollars for the hardware, it isn't even the drive in to the hardware store sifting through bins to find what I needed, it's the fact that I paid SO MUCH (for what it is, not what it does) for this part only to find an open bag of hardware with missing parts. Oh, and did I mention that it doesn't have the appearance of being "gold anodized", it has more of a "dipped in cheap gold house paint" look. One other thing, when you are installing it, watch out, it sits against a "tab" on your steering rack on the passenger side. Don't get me wrong, it's a good piece and the handling improvement is right up there with a strut tower brace, the two together change the whole feel of the car, both through the wheel and seat of the pants, but I am less than thrilled with the missing hardware and the "paint" on my particular piece. If you are looking for better handling and road feel, I recommend this product.

    front end handling like it should

    i was a bit skeptical of how much of a difference this brace would have until i bolted it on. the difference was night and day for me. this is how i imagine the front end of a mustang should feel from the factory if ford had done it right! the brace bolts on quickly and easily to existing points and i had no trouble getting it all done in about 30 minutes. overall, once this thing is installed, the front end feels SOLID! before installation, if i drove over a bump on one side of the car, it would feel like the chassis was flexing and the car would want to dip / follow the bumps in the road. after installation the front end feels truly linked together and bumps don't cause this problem anymore. corners feel great, the car doesn't try to roll through them anymore. this is the single best handling upgrade i have done so far (i've swapped struts, shocks, gt500 upper strut mounts, ford racing lower front control arms). for installation, it is a breeze... the factory sway bar is unbolted easily from the chassis, you pull it away from the bolts and slip on the whiteline bracket then re-bolt the sway bar back on. next you attach the brace to the new brackets, and to the chassis where the lower control arm attaches to. the most frustrating part is getting the nut in the small space with your fingers (you don't need to remove the control arms for this). you will want to use a 19mm wrench to hold the nut in place next to the control arm while you torque down the bolt below (you'll understand when you get under the car)
