What is TPMS? The Tire pressure Monitoring System is a safety feature on all 2007+ Ford Mustangs that alerts you when your tire pressure drops to an unsafe limit.
How do I keep my TPMS feature? Aftermarket wheels don't have TPMS sensors. If you select 'Add TPMS Sensor Kit' and 'Add TPMS Tool' at the top of the page when you order your wheels, then chose Free Mounting & Balancing when you add tires, we'll install the sensors for free!

Hey everyone I’m Justin with AmericanMuscle.com and I’m taking a look at the classic mustang wheel design and by far our most popular wheel here at AmericanMuscle, Im referring to these Bullitt wheels for all 2005 and up model mustangs in either chrome, matte black, anthracite silver or gloss black. Bullitt wheels have long been the favorite of many Mustang owners out there, from the classic 60s roots to the factory built for Bullitt mustangs in 2001 and then again in 08 and 09, it's easy to see why these wheels look so good on Mustangs of all ages. Wheels are available in 17, 18, 19, and 20 inch diameters and are offered in both staggered and non-staggered fitments. They are also offered with a very cool deep dish option that refers to the lip around the wheel itself, as you can see the face of the wheel is set further back into the rim resulting in a nice thick lip which looks very tough. As I mentioned before these wheels are available in both staggered and non-staggered fitments. Now, staggered fitment means your rear wheels and tires are going to be wider than your fronts, that’s exactly what we’ve done with our 06 GT here, we have the 9s up front with the 10s our back resulting in that classic muscle car stance. Now this is also better for your traction and handling as well thanks to the fact that you are able to run a wider rear tire so you can help get that power down to the ground. If you’re not a fan of staggered fitment then you might want to check out our non-staggered or standard fitment like we have installed on our 07 GT back there on the lift, we have the matte black standard 17x9s on all four corners and as you can see it looks really sharp. Or say you really want to change up the look of your ride and you live and die by the saying bigger is always better, well if that sounds like you then you will definitely want to check out our 20x8 1/2s on our 2011 GT back there on our dyno jet whichever finish you end up going with you can rest assure that every wheel is covered by our 1 year finish warranty and a lifetime structural guarantee. You can get these wheels by themselves or in one of our pre-built tire and wheel combos which pair your new Bullitt wheels up with some of better performing tires on the market today in sizes that are guaranteed to fit without rubbing even if you are lowered an inch or two, you also get to take advantage of our free mounting and balancing, optional nitro fill and free shipping and handling. Of course with you 2007 and up guys you’ll want to remember your TPMS sensor when ordering your new wheels. You don’t want your new wheels to be held on by some rusty looking lug nuts, this will be a great time to ditch those eyesores and get a new lug nut to better fit your new Bullitt wheels and of course you want to pick up some wheel locks to protect your investment. Installing a new set of wheels and tires is something any backyard mechanic should be able to tackle, all you need to do is simply crack your lug nuts loose first while the car is still on the ground then jack your car up and switch the wheels, it’s just that easy. Using a basic floor jack and hand tools that should take you no more than an hour, so if you are looking to evoke that classic muscle car styling on your modern ride, these Bullitt wheels from American Muscle will give you an aggressive look that is sure never to go out of style. Wheels look great but they stick out past Sumitomo tires
Wheels look very nice and high quality for price. I'm not sure if it's the Sumitomo tires or the wheels but the wheel edge sticks out past the tire on both from and back. These tires should be plenty wide for the wheels and this should not happen. Looks a little funny and leaves rim exposed to curb damage etc. It's not that way on the inside of the rim so I'm not sure what's up. Maybe the Nitto's look better.
