Great fitment!

Need to take your time to assemble the fuel rail but once it's done it fits really nicely even with my ford racing intake. It's defenetly a must have if you think about buying this intake!

  • Fuel rails can be installed on any motor, stock, mild, or highly modded cars. You will see no benefit on a stock or mildly modded car other than aesthetics. It should include one hose which is the cross-over. Your stock fuel line connects to the fuel rail. No other hoses needed.

    Not compatable

Although quite nice in the manufacture and finish, these rails will not fit alot of the aftermarket intakes. I have an EFORCE supercharger with its intake, I use the original ford rails. I have found these Rails would work if the original mounting locations ie: fuel pressure boss, intake mounting location in relation to the injectors was used. The actual rail mounting is forward, thus placing the fuel pressure boss forward and hitting the runners. I also found the fuel supply hose to be a bit short and too small in ID. This is also the case with the Saleen Supercharger intake. Lastly, BBK will not allow your return once you purchased the rails, used or otherwise (mine were not used at all)

    BBK FUEL RAILS

My stock rails developed a leak, these were an inexpensive replacement. They look good, they do nothing for performance except that they are much better built than the stock rails and will not leak gas. If you order the rails order the injector seals as well, it's just cheap insurance. As always American Muscle shipped quickly and Justin was very helpful on the phone while ordering. Great shop, great products.....

    aesthetic upgrade

Looks great, installation was easy, and fit was perfect. Little to no performance upgrade on a N/A GT but I didn't expect any improvement.

    BBK FUEL RAILS JUST OK.

I up-graded to these fuel rails at the same time I installed the ford racing intake manifold so time to install is unknown. The finish on fuel rails is not as nice as it appears in the pictures, kind of dull. The factory rails are have clips to hold the fuel injectors in place , these do not, so the only thing holding them together are the bolts to the intake manifold. Also the hoses did not come with clips or bands to hold together. A little scary for someone like me. But no fuel leaks. Ok for the price and you get what you need to install them.

    Tough Rails

The BBK fuel rails came with all the listed parts to install quickly. Everything in the kit seemed to be quality made. These rails are much stronger than the stock 4.6 3v fuel rails which makes it almost impossible to damage when switching out injectors. This kit comes with the quick connector for the fuel line and requires no cutting of any fuel lines. The fuel pressure sensor perch faces the same way as the stock rails (fits FPS wiring with no mods) has a nice port area available to install a Schrader valve or pressure gauge (neither included in this kit) to see real time fuel pressure with out a handheld tuner. The only feature I had trouble with is the crossover hose wanting to leak. For some reason, the rubber fuel hose would not fully seat on the driver side rail barb and would drip a little bit of gas if I wiggled the hose a little. I ended up putting hose clamps on the connections and that corrected the problem. The rails have the ability to flow more fuel, but I am running stock injectors and a stock fuel pump, so I didn't experience any performance gains with this product. pick up some new injector o rings and replace them while you have them out! All in all, good rails for the money!
