Installation

This Mustang power steering cap chrome plated cover slips over the existing original cap. Do NOT remove your original cap!

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Make sure the engine is off and cool. Carefully clean and dry the original cap. Trial fit the cover over the original cap. If it is loose, we recommend you put a small piece of masking tape on the lip of the power steering cap, so it will stay secure. Check the chrome plated cover again for fit, as you want it to seat snug. If it is not snug, use a little more masking tape until tight. Once installed, the cover will stay in position.

CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS

To maintain appearance, simply use a water or a mild chrome polish on a 100% cotton cloth or micro cloth to clean or polish when necessary.
