the perfect solution to avoid a costly A/C repair. Most important thing to remember to save yourself several hours of grief, pay special attention to the wire bolted to the back of it that plugs in to a fitting behind the compressor. It connects to the Crankshaft Position Sensor and must be firmly pushed ALL THE WAY IN!

My compressor went bad, and i had never used my a/c anyway so i found this as a cheaper way to save myself a few hundred bucks. not only was i able to save weight but their is much less to go wrong. after removing my entire a/c system i was able to drop 40-50lbs easy. ncie for those who do not live in constantly hot climates and are not wanting to spend gwabs of money on a new compressor.

    Nice!

Good product. I pulled out everything to do with the a/c and dropped around 60lbs. I have noticed a little bit of power and a little bit of hp and tq. A lot cheaper than fixing a compressor.

    Wow!

Very easy to install and small horsepower gain you can feel in high RPM's. Something I should have done a long time ago!

    easy install

Part fits perfectly. It really cleans up the passenger side of the engine. If you do not use your A/C this is the way to go. Plus it takes a little weight of the front end.
