Description
An Industry First. Factor 55’s UltraHook is the first in the industry to have a closed shackle mount. This makes it the safest winch hook in the industry. Its shackle pin mount has been machined into the body of the hook. The hook’s double-locking safety clasp keeps the pin secured. You can use this hook as a shackle mount or a conventional hook opening.
Built to Be Tough. The UltraHook is made from CNC machined 7000 series military grade aluminum. The hook has a durable red anodized finish to protect it from corrosion. The 5/8” diameter 641-4V Grade V titanium double shear pin provides reliable strength. EPDM rubber pads are integrated to protect the fairlead from friction damage from your synthetic rope or steel cable. This hook is capable of a maximum load of 16,000 pounds. Its hood throat opening can handle 31,000 pounds. The shackle pin mount load rate is 48,000 pounds.
