Description
New and Improved. J&L’s 3.0 Oil Separator for the Driver Side is new and improved. This new design holds 3oz. of fluid, which is more than two times the amount of fluid the original separator held. In addition, J&L’s new design will increase your intake’s performance by collecting the finest of vapors dropping them into the removable bottom, which allows clean air to pass to your intake. Give your truck a boost with this new separator.
Solid Construction. The J&L 3.0 Oil Separator is crafted from solid billet aluminum for pristine construction and superior strength. It features a rubber o-ring to maintain a tight seal and has a knurled tank base for easy removal during oil changes. The separator comes in a clear anodized satin finish.
Multi Stage System. J&L features a multi-stage filtering system that consists of a fine mesh stainless steel screen. This screen traps oil vapors, passes them through a ½” think aluminum honeycomb filter, then drops them into the bottom. This system makes the vapors too large to pass on to the intake. To ensure your oil separator remains in pristine condition, drain it every 5,000-7,000 miles.
Easy Installation. J&L’s oil separator was designed for and easy and quick install. The hoses feature stock-style fittings that make this a plug and play upgrade. Simply mount the separator to the included bracket. J&L provides all parts and hardware needed for install so there is no need for cutting or additional modifications. Please note, this oil separator is for the driver’s side of your F-150.
Not CARB Certified. This J&L Oil Separator Company Air/Oil Separator is not CARB certified at this time; therefore, it is not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; intended for off road use only.
Application. The J&L V3.0 Satin Oil Separator for the Driver Side is designed to be used on 2010-2014 6.2L Raptors and 2011-2017 5.0L F-150s.
