CAI Provides Ample, Energizing Air. The Roush Performance Cold Air Intake is made from tough but lightweight materials and fits easily into your 2011-2014 F-150’s engine, bringing a healthy dose of additional torque and horsepower along for the ride. Generating a deep indraft that sucks large volumes of cold air into the combustion system, this CAI cranks out roughly +10 horsepower and a similar amount of torque from your vehicle’s 5.0L engine. It also makes your engine work better, burn fuel more thoroughly (leading to economy gains of +1-2 mpg), and makes the throttle more responsive.

Works with No Aftermarket Tune. You can install the Roush Cold Air Intake and leave the tune that’s already on your F-150’s ECU undisturbed. This intake is designed to run at full power without the need for additional aftermarket tuning.

Air Filter Can Be Cleaned, Reused. The included Oiled Air Filter in your Roush Cold Air Intake is made from high-flow filter media that cleanse the air thoroughly of contaminants while letting plenty of it in. This synthetic filter is oiled – it can be washed, dried, and reused after you re-oil it properly. The filter is made to stand up to multiple reuses, with internal wire mesh buttressing, and will usually last for years.

Computer-Assisted Exactitude in Manufacture. The Roush Cold Air Intake is made 100% in the United States from start (design) to finish (actual production). The construction is carried out using OEM CAD data to ensure a very good precision fit in place of the stock intake. The heat shield and intake tube are both made from a hardy formula of injection-molded plastic, with a black color, textured surface, and molded in Roush logo for extra style. The component is supplied with a red filter element made from synthetic fabric.

Housing for 85mm OE MAF. The Roush Cold Air Intake is made to accommodate the stock 85mm MAF. It also includes attachments for the necessary hoses, etc. which transfer over from the OE intake.

Bolt-On Attachment. Even a novice F-150 tinkerer can upgrade their pickup truck in 60 minutes or less with the plain bolt-on installation of the Roush Cold Air Intake. No-drill, no-cut installation is the order of the day, with the part bolting on with its own supplied hardware on the OE mounting points.

Warranty for 90 Days. The Roush company covers this Cold Air Intake with its standard 90-day warranty, limited, versus defects.

50-State CARB Legal. This Roush Cold Air Intake has an executive order number for CARB exemption – CARB EO Number #D-418-30 – and can therefore be shipped to California and other CARB states or municipalities. The part is 50-state legal in the United States. You should make sure that the CARB sticker can be seen after installation, however, in order to ensure a hassle-free emissions inspection.

Application. This Roush Performance Cold Air Intake is specifically designed to fit the 2011-2014 F-150s equipped with the 5.0L V8 engine. No computer retuning required for operation.
