It also has its advantages over cable by not kinking or curling. Where cable can give you sharp splinters, this won't happen with the synthetic rope. Keep a long lasting rope with your winch for off-roading or extraction situations.

Lightweight. This high performance line measures 100 feet by 11/32 inches but weighs only 1/7 of what an equal size steel cable would. The rope is constructed of a synthetic material fiber that is stronger than conventional steel cable wire. The line is gray in color and features a special coating that resists slippage of the winch drum for superior performance. This rope is UV and abrasive resistant and features a non-rotational, minimal stretch design for increased resistance to wear and stretching. It comes with a 10 foot long protective sleeve to help reduce the chance of overheating.
