Tire Smoking Power. This set of Comp Cams Adjustable Cam Gears for your 4.6/5.4 two, or four valve 1996 - 2004 Mustang is the key to maximizing power from new camshafts. With the factory timing gear setup, you can't tune your camshaft timing - a critical need when doing mods that can change your camshaft-to-crankshaft centerline position. So get the most out of the power your mods have to offer, and invest in these adjustable gears to insure you'll get maximum tire-smoking power.

Quality and Performance. This complete kit includes both the driver's and passenger's side cams with red anodized billet aluminum hubs for lightness and steel outer gears for durability. These tough, light, durable gears offer up to 12 degrees of advance or retard, for a total of 24 degrees of adjustability. Compatible with the Ford OE timing chains, these gears also come with the proper sensors to be installed in exactly the same way as the factory gears.
