Installation

1. You will remove your stock antenna by unscrewing it from the base in a counter-clockwise direction. Use a shop rag to protect the bottom of the antenna from scratches from the pliers/wrench while unscrewing it. This will leave you with just the base of the antenna on your fender.

2. You will now screw the Mustang shorty antenna on to the tip of the adapter that is sticking up from the antenna base in a clockwise motion. You can use the pliers/wrench to more precisely tighten the antenna, but be sure to use a shop rag to protect the bottom of the antenna from scratches from the pliers/wrench while screwing it on to the adapter.

3. Double check that the antenna is secure, then turn up the tunes and enjoy your hard work.
