Description
Improve Traction. If you're not "hooking up" off the line then a set of Ford Racing Boss 302R lower control arms will help. These lower control arms will eliminate wheel hop, and improve traction keeping your Mustang's rear end planted for firmer consistent launches. Boss 302R Original Equipment. These Ford Racing Lower Control Arms are the same exact ones found as standard original equipment on the FR500C and Boss 302R race car.

Tubular Construction. Constructed from heavy duty steel tubing for superior strength, these Boss 302R Lower Control Arms feature low deflection urethane bushings to increase rear-end stiffness for minimal suspension deflection. These Rear Lower Control Arms are completed in a black powder coat finish for durability and good looks.

Application. This pair of Ford Racing Boss 302R Rear Lower Control Arms are designed as a direct bolt-on upgrade for all 2005 to 2014 Mustangs, including the V6, GT, Bullitt, BOSS, and Shelby GT500 models. These rear lower control arms are non adjustable and intended for off road use.

Great improvement over stock arms

These cars from the factory have a lot of power. One thing they don't have much of is traction. I swapped the stock LCAs for these, with the addition of Whiteline relocating brackets and a 285 Nitto rear

    Great improvement over stock arms

    These cars from the factory have a lot of power. One thing they don't have much of is traction. I swapped the stock LCAs for these, with the addition of Whiteline relocating brackets and a 285 Nitto rear tire. Huge improvement in launching the car. Haven't had a chance to throw it in a corner yet, but these are bound to help there too. Fit is great, and they look good too. Very pleased with my purchase. As always, AM is quick to ship!     Fit and finish was perfect along with the boss 302s relocation brackets and swar bar everything together realind my axel do to the 1.5 inch drop hooks up right away well worth the money

    Feel the Difference.

    First of all, the speedy delivery from American Muscle blew me away with only 2 days to get to Hawaii. Installation was pretty easy. As far as improving handling goes, the Control Arms definitely help put power to the ground. No wheel hop, just all out roasting tires reminding me to get better tires. I am overall impressed with this installation.

    Boss 302 lower control arms

    This was a pretty easy install. It takes more time finding the tools and jacking the car up than it does to install these LCA 's . Fit is good as well as finish. They look great and definitely Stiffened the rear end up combined with the whiteline relocation brackets . Still having problems hooking but I think that's more of a tire issue. Great product!

    Very nice stuff here

    Note on three stars for handling improvement- it's just a control arm folks...it's pretty hard to "butt dyno" stuff like this, and even more difficult to review times and note improvements due to one part. That being said- these arms fit perfectly, and the bushings are easily rebuildable, given that they're split and press-in. The arms themselves are VERY light too. Install these with the Ford Racing Boss 302S relocation brackets on a lowered car, and pinion angle will be dead on.
