How to Install JLT V3.0 Black Oil Separator - Passenger Side (99-04 GT; 2001 Bullitt) on your Ford Mustang

1. Verify you have all of the following parts included in the kit: (1) JLT Oil Separator with Elbow Fittings, (1) mounting bracket, (2) fine thread machine screws, (1) bolt, (2) 1/2" hoses, (1) 1" section of 3/8" hose (2) Fittings 5/8"ID x 1/2"ID, (2) Fittings 1/2"ID x 3/8"ID (1) Fitting 3/8"ID      

2. Gather all of the following tools needed for the installation: Drill with small bit, Phillips screw driver

3. Remove the factory PCV hose

4. Use the su• 'lied bolt and mount bracket

5. Use the 2 supplied fine thread screws to attach the Oil Separator to the mounting_ bracket.

6. Use the supplied hoses and 5/8"ID x 1/2"ID fittings to connect from the PCV VALVE to the FILTER SIDE of Separator and from the other fitting to the INTAKE MANIFOLD     

BULLITT: Use the su plied 1/2"ID x 3/8"ID fittings and 3/8" hose to make your connections      

To properly clean the filter in the Oil Separator, remove it with a pick. or small screw driver and spray any degreaser or solvent through 't and let it air dry. Clean it every 5,000 miles.
