Removal of the Factory system:

1. Loosen the factory clamps on the Mid Pipe using the 15mm socket. If clamps/bolts are stiff don’t hesitate to use some lubricant to remove them.

2. Loosen the factory clamp on the Mufflers using the 13mm socket. If clamps/bolts are stiff don’t hesitate to use some lubricant to remove them.

3. Lubricate the rubber isolators and hangers of the mufflers and remove over axel pipes by moving them towards the front of the car. Two of the rubbers come off easily, but the ones near the outside of the car are a bit harder to remove. Simply use the crowbar to hold the rubber isolator in place and pull the hanger out.

4. Using the 17mm socket, remove the factory bolts from the driver’s side Panhard Bar Brace to the Driver Side Frame Rail. This allows for more space for the removal of the factory muffler on the Driver Side. (Leave them out until you are ready to install the new Catback)

5. Remove the pipe extensions once the mufflers are removed.

REMOVAL OF THE FACTORY SYSTEM IS COMPLETE; YOU CAN PROCEED TO INSTALL THE MBRP CATBACK.

6. Install the Passenger and Driver side Mufflers into the Factory rubber isolator. First place them into the front rubber isolator and then hook into the side isolator.

7. Install both extension pipes to the Mid Pipe using the factory clamps. Do not tighten them right away to allow proper fitment with mufflers installed.

8. Make sure the supplied Clamps are inserted before connecting the Pipe Extension and the Over Axel pipes together. Tighten the supplied 3 inch Clamps using the 13mm socket for both the Driver and Passenger side.

9. Use the supplied M10x50 bolts with Spacers and Washers and replace the Factory Bolt used to hold the Panhard Bar Brace and Driver Side Frame Rail. Use a 17mm socket to tighten everything. This allows for extra clearance between the Brace and the exhaust.

10. Tighten bolts at the Mid Pipe using the 15mm socket. Make sure everything is secured in its place.

11. Using an 8mm Allen key, connect the tips to each Muffler and adjust to your liking.

12. Enjoy your new Catback.
