      Description

      Horsepower and Torque. Your stock intake system is restricting your Mustang's performance. Uncork the power hidden in your engine by installing a Spectre Performance Cold Air Intake. This intake upgrade boasts lightweight, durable aluminum tubing and a Spectre High Performance Racing (HPR) air filter to facilitate cooler, denser air and give you better fuel economy and more usable horsepower and torque.

      No Tune Required. This Spectre Cold Air Intake is designed to improve the performance of your V8 powered Mustang without the need of reprogramming your computer. By utilizing flow dynamics, this Spectre Intake will increase power using the factory tune. Even though a re-tune is not required for operation, AmericanMuscle recommends a custom tune to reprogram the vehicles computer (ECU) to get the best possible performance from this intake.

      Low Restriction Air Filter. This Spectre Cold Air Intake comes equipped with a low restriction, non-woven synthetic air filter to allow more flow than your OEM intake. Even better still, is that the included Filter is washable and reusable, so you don't have to keep buying new filters.

      Quick and Easy Installation. Designed to be a direct fit replacement for the factory intake, this Spectre Cold Air Intake installs with just basic hand tools. No extra modifications or special tools are required for an easy 1 hour installation. All necessary parts and instructions are included.

      90 Day Warranty. Spectre warrants their products to be free from manufacturer’s defects due to workmanship and material for a period of 90 days. Some exclusions or limitations may apply, please see manufacturer's warranty for complete details.

      CARB Certified. The Spectre Cold Air Intake outperforms other intake systems in every state, thanks to its 50-state CARB certification for 2005-2006. That means GT owners can enjoy more bolt-on power in states with CARB restrictions like California, without worry. CARB EO Number: D-629-4.

      Application. This polished Spectre Performance Cold Air Intake is designed to fit all 2005-2009 GT Mustangs equipped with the 4.6L V8 engine.
