Improves Traction. Drag racers know if you can't "hook up" at the track you are going nowhere fast. But with the SR Performance Complete Rear Control Arm Kit you will greatly improve traction and decrease your 60ft. times.

Correct Bushings. This SR Performance Rear Control Arm Kit comes complete with rubber bushings for both the 1979-1998 and 1999-2004 model year Mustangs. The bushings are easy to install, just choose the correct bushings for your model year and insert them into the control arms with the supplied lubricant, its that simple.

Quality Construction. Both the upper and lower control arms are crafted from round tubular steel for extra strength and to reduce control arm flex. Includes all necessary hardware and polyurethane bushings for installation.

Good traction

The control arms made a big difference. Really helps from keeping the car from bouncing all over the place from the lunch. I'm happy, would recommend, and best of all good price.

    Crude but works

For the price it's OK. Kinda crude welds, some a bit off mark. I got two of these kits from different suppliers. Picked the best pieces from the two kits. So far they seem to be holding together. Did make a big difference in the feel. If I had to do it again, I'd spend a bit more money for a better kit.

    Tips

If your mustang is like mine (115k miles), it is a good idea to order the polyurethane spring isolators as well. The old ones fell apart when the springs came out. If you have access to a lift use it. Overall, not a tough install, but not easy either.

    Happy Customer

Came exactly as they were shown. Very happy with them. I stripped them and powder coated them in Bright Red to go on my Mustang GT 5.0 - they look and perform great.

    96 Cobra, Awesome traction improvement!

My 96 Cobra has 140k miles, and was having major issues putting any sort of power to to the ground. I am a college student so I don't have much to spend on adjustable ones. I have basic tools/jacks/etc and basic mechanical knowledge. Took me and a buddy 3-4 hours to install all 4 control arms in my apartment complex parking lot. Fitmet was not very good, had to do quite a bit of prying. With that being said, the handling improvement is fantastic. I launch harder, corner harder, better traction, etc. These things are awesome once in. Remember to get Spring Isolaters along with them. As always AM with great service, ordered Sunday night and were here Wednesday.

    Good Quality from SR

For a lower priced brand these SR arms are real quality. They fit great and are nice and quiet and ride great. Really made my car handle well.

Great Control Arm kit for the money!

Easy install for the most part....being I've never done it before. Only real complaint is the instructions they send you are on a VERY thin piece of paper and is VERY easy to tear...also small print which made it hard to read. Otherwise noticed less wheel hop in take-offs and rear end seemed to stay where it should when cornering hard...Would recommend to someone if they asked....Keep up the great work AmericanMuscle!

    Best bang for the buck!!!

Great replacement for stock control arms if you are not wanting to spend a arm and a leg. Much better ride quality and no more swaying from worn out stock bushings.
