JLT Performance Cold Air Intake (96-98 Cobra)
It's finally here. An actual cold air intake for the 1996-1998 32v Cobra engine. JLT Performance has created a monster intake for the first 4.6L modular beast, with average horsepower gains around 15rwhp and 20rwtq. How is this possible? Easy. This JLT Cold Air Intake kit will reroute your filter to inside of your fender well and change the position of your MAF to maximize your horsepower gain. The pipe isn't metal, so there isn't any heat saturation that occurs because of high temperatures in your engine bay. Every intake is handmade with pride in the USA and is backed by a one year warranty from JLT Performance. Full detailed instructions with images are even included!
Includes filter, MAF Adapter, gloss black painted piping, hoses, clamps, reducers, and instructions
Note: The 1996-1998 Cobras must remove their strut tower brace and relocate their smog pump in order to install the JLT Cold Air Intake. Instructions on how to perform this relocation are included with the kit.
