      Description

      Balanced Fuel Delivery for Boosted HEMIs. These 540 cc injectors suit HEMI Chargers running Whipple superchargers GEN 1–4 by providing adequate flow for mild to moderate boost levels without sacrificing idle stability or throttle response. The medium flow rate integrates with factory fueling maps, reducing the need for extensive ECU recalibration.

      Durable, Test-Proven Design. Each injector undergoes rigorous testing for spray pattern, flow consistency, and electrical impedance. The high-temperature polymer body and stainless pintle resist degradation from heat, pressure, and ethanol blends, ensuring reliable operation under boost.

      Installation. Depressurize fuel rails, remove old injectors, install the 540 cc units with new O-rings, torque rail bolts correctly, and flash the ECU to recognize injector size for optimal fueling.

      Application. The 540 cc High-Z Impedance Fuel Injectors fit 2006–2023 Dodge Charger V8 HEMI models equipped with GEN 1–4 Whipple superchargers.
