Description
Advanced Fuel Delivery Management. The Aeromotive FourX Return-Type Fuel Control System is purpose-built for high-power forced induction applications running two to four brushed fuel pumps. Featuring fully adaptive PWM control and a stand-alone MAP sensor, it intelligently adjusts pump output to meet engine demands while reducing excess heat generation during idle or cruise conditions by up to seventy-five percent. This system is ideal for drag and street builds requiring scalable and efficient fuel management.
Construction and Appearance. Designed for in-cell mounting, the FourX controller feeds the primary lift or pressure pump via a dedicated output while regulating secondary pumps as needed for boost levels. Compatible with traditional return-style setups including regulators, filters, and return lines, this controller ensures stable fuel pressure and optimized delivery for high-boost scenarios. Its durable design withstands high-load and high-temperature environments typical in extreme builds.
Installation. Installation is considered hard and involves integration with multi-pump fuel systems, MAP signal wiring, and return-style plumbing. Due to system complexity and electrical requirements, professional installation is strongly recommended.
Application. The Aeromotive FourX Return-Type Fuel Control System is universally compatible with two- to four-pump brushed fuel systems and is designed exclusively for forced induction applications. Some adaptation may be required depending on the setup.
