Description
Efficient Fuel Pump Management. The Aeromotive ReturnX Single Pump Control System is designed to optimize fuel delivery in naturally aspirated and supercharged engines by managing fuel pump output based on engine load. Using a stand-alone MAP sensor, it reduces pump output by up to seventy-five percent during idle and cruise, minimizing heat buildup and improving pump longevity. It's compatible with both carbureted and EFI systems, making it a versatile choice for performance street or weekend builds.
Construction and Appearance. Engineered to support single or dual brushed fuel pump configurations, this system uses pulse width modulation (PWM) technology to modulate flow, matching real-time fuel demands. It integrates seamlessly with traditional return-style plumbing and is compact enough for universal application. Designed to work independently of your vehicle's ECU, it delivers adaptive control without the need for custom tuning or reprogramming.
Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and involves routing wiring, plumbing integration, and MAP sensor placement. While it can be handled by advanced DIYers, professional installation is recommended for optimal reliability and safety.
