      Description

      Ensure A Properly Functioning MAP Sensor. The MAP or Manifold Absolute Pressure Sensor of your Dodge Challenger is a crucial component of the engine’s operation. The ECM utilizes this sensor to detect the air pressure within the intake manifold and proportionally adjust various conditions such as engine load, fuel injector pulse, and spark advance to ensure an efficiently operating engine. Various drivability issues arise when this sensor fails, such as an erratic idle and poor fuel efficiency. In these instances, it’s best to check both the MAP sensor and the harness for issues that may affect performance. If the MAP sensor checks out all right, or if there is visual damage to the MAP sensor harness, it’s best to address this issue with this quality MAP Sensor Harness Repair Kit.

      What’s Included. This kit includes a brand new MAP sensor pigtail consisting of a premium OE-style connector with a locking tab, a new waterproof connector insulator, and three wire ends to be spliced into your Challenger’s existing harness.

      Replace A Damaged MAP Sensor Harness. Utilizing a soldering method or quality electrical connector, this pigtail can be spliced in place of the factory wiring connector to ensure a secure and strong connection.

      Warranty. A 12-month Warranty protects this product from defects in manufacturing.
