      Description

      Automatic Fan Activation Control. The Mechanical Thermatic Fan Switch Kit provides an efficient and reliable solution for managing electric fan operation in a variety of cooling systems. Ideal for use with Thermatic electric fans and EWP® electric water pumps, this switch automatically activates your fan based on engine coolant temperature, ensuring optimal cooling and system efficiency.

      Construction and Appearance. Featuring a durable stainless steel temperature probe that installs directly inside the radiator hose, this kit offers precise thermal readings near the radiator outlet. The adjustable activation range from 40°C to 100°C (104°F to 212°F) allows customization based on engine requirements, while the integrated A/C trigger function adds flexibility in climate control conditions.

      Installation. Installation is simple and requires minimal tools. The kit mounts near the radiator and interfaces easily with your electric fan wiring. Some adaptation may be necessary depending on vehicle application and existing cooling system components.
