      Description

      Enhanced Engine Cooling. The Type-VIP Style Ram Air Hood, unpainted, is designed to replace the factory hood with a functional upgrade that directs cold intake air to work in conjunction with performance air intake systems. This hood also features vented heat extraction vents to efficiently draw out hot air from the engine bay, improving overall thermal management.

      Construction and Appearance. Crafted from hand-laid high-quality fiberglass and resin, this hood includes a smooth gel coat finish on both the top and underside to facilitate easier prep and painting. It also incorporates aluminum wire mesh grill inserts where applicable, ensuring both functionality and a high-end appearance.

      Installation. Installation is simplified by utilizing the factory hinges and latch, allowing for a direct fit. Some hand-finishing is required for paint prep and proper fitment. No drilling is necessary.

      Application. This hood is designed specifically to fit 2011-2014 Charger models without any exclusions or additional fitment instructions.
