      Description

      Custom Air Ride Suspension Solution. The Weld-On Triangulated 4-Link Air Ride Suspension Kit is engineered for builders seeking superior control, ride quality, and flexibility in custom air suspension systems. Designed for universal use, this kit provides a solid foundation for smooth on-road comfort and adjustability while maintaining rear axle alignment and articulation. Ideal for hot rods, classic trucks, and custom builds requiring both function and form.

      Construction and Appearance. Constructed from heavy-duty steel with 1.25-inch diameter, 0.156-inch wall DOM tubing, this four-link system is built to withstand high loads and harsh conditions. The included 2,500 lb. rated air bags feature a 6-inch diameter, 8-inch extended height, and 2.75-inch compressed height, ensuring wide travel range and load support. Weld-on brackets for the frame, axle, and air bags are included, and all mounting holes are tapped with 3/8"-16 UNC threads for secure fastening. Urethane bushing rod ends help isolate vibration and enhance ride comfort.

      Installation. Installation requires professional welding and fabrication skills to ensure proper fitment and geometry. The fully adjustable link bars (24" center-to-center collapsed) allow for fine-tuning suspension travel and ride height. Some adaptation may be required depending on the vehicle's chassis setup.
