      Description

      Powerful Performance. Created to give your 2006-2023 Dodge Charger V8 the boost it needs to blow past the competition, Stainless Power's 1-7/8 inch Long Tube Headers with Catted Midpipe reduce back pressure and improve your Charger's performance. With gains in both horsepower and torque, as well as an addition of a top-notch sound, these headers are the perfect way to ensure you remain on top wherever you venture.

      Aggressive Sound. Not only do the 1-7/8-inch long tube headers provide the serious kick you need to shoot ahead of the pack, but they also create a muscular sound that will impress and intimidate in equal measure. With a superior design that offers a hostile, race-inspired tone, these free-flowing headers are guaranteed to keep the attention on your Charger at all times.

      High-Flow Converters. These 1-7/8-inch long tube headers come with components to replace your factory manifolds and catalytic converters. The new, high-flow converters allow for improved exhaust flow, which leads to enhanced power on every drive.

      304 Stainless Steel. Built from 304 stainless steel for unbeatable strength, the 1-7/8 inch Long Tube Headers feature TIG-welded and CNC-mandrel bent, 1-7/8-inch primary tubes as well as 3-inch slip-fit collectors with merge spikes and 3-inch high-flow catted leads that connect to factory points. Strong, durable, and reliable, this system allows for extreme flow and includes extra thick 3/8-inch, laser-cut flanges.

      Not CARB Certified. These Stainless Power Long Tube Headers are not CARB certified, therefore they are not legal for use in California or other states adopting California emission standards. Not legal for use on pollution controlled motor vehicles; not intended for highway use.

      Warranty. These headers are backed by a 24-month limited warranty that protects against defects. However, some limitations do apply, so check out the full warranty for details.

      BBK Rear O2 Sensor Wire Harness Extension Kit. When modifying your exhaust system, the stock oxygen sensor wire harnesses usually comes up short and won't reach the rear O2 sensors. However, a set of BBK Performance 12-inch harness extenders will help bridge the gap allowing you to reconnect your sensors in an easy plug-n-play fashion. Please Note. O2 Sensors are not included with these Extensions.

      Tuning Required. Installation of these Stainless Power Long Tube Headers will require the use of a tuner to reprogram the vehicle’s computer or ECU for operation. By reprogramming your Charger’s ECU, you can maximize the full potential that these Long Tube Headers have to offer.

      Application. These Stainless Power 1-7/8-Inch Long Tube Headers with Catted Mid-Pipe and BBK Rear O2 Sensor Wire Harness Extensions are designed to fit 2006-2023 V8 HEMI Dodge Charger models, excluding 6.2L HEMI.
