Description
Terrifying Torque Enhancer. Trailblaze the track by modifying your powerful supercharger with the Comp Cams Stage 2 Supercharger HRT 229/241 Hydraulic Roller Camshaft. Designed to withstand more intense air pressures while maintaining smooth functioning and controls. This camshaft is constructed with a vigorous lobe shape and is intended for use with supercharger kits with greater blowers. This assures optimal performance benefits over the RPM range of 2,000 to 7,000. Furthermore, this camshaft is designed to decrease drivetrain clamor, ensuring that your HEMI retains its routine ride quality.
ECU Tuning Recommended. The airflow of your engine may change if you upgrade to this camshaft. This circumstance may cause your check engine light to activate. It is recommended that you have your ECU re-tuned for this reason. Furthermore, with this camshaft, an ECU re-tune will improve your vehicle's efficiency.
Not Yet CARB Approved. This product is still on the pending list for CARB-approved products therefore it is currently not commercially available in the state of California as well as other selected states.
Warranty. This product comes with a 1-year limited product warranty that covers any damages to the components caused by the manufacturing process or by the delivery courier prior to installation. This warranty does not cover damage caused by component abuse or faulty installation.
Difficult Mounting Process. This Stage 2 Supercharger Camshafts will require professional installation if you wish to upgrade from your supercharger's default camshaft.
Application. The Stage 2 Supercharger Camshafts fit all 2009-2023 5.7L Dodge Challenger HEMI and 6.4L Challenger HEMI models with installed superchargers. Additionally, to install this Stage 2 Supercharger Camshaft, you'll need a DOD deletion kit, new valve springs, and a phaser lock sold separately.
