The Mishimoto 2-Port Compact Baffled Oil Catch Can in Red is designed to separate oil particles from PCV and CCV air, preventing oil blow-by from contaminating the intake system and intercooler. This helps maintain engine performance by reducing the risk of detonation and ensuring cleaner air reaches the combustion chambers.
_x000D__x000D_Construction and Appearance. Constructed from 100-percent billet 6061 aluminum, this sealed catch can features a durable finish and includes a 50-micron bronze filter. It incorporates a patented internal air diverter that enhances air turbulence for improved oil separation. Viton™ O-Rings provide a leak-proof seal for pressurized conditions.
