Description
Mid-Mount Twin Turbo System. The On3 Performance Mid-Mount Twin Turbo System (turbo not included) is designed to significantly increase power output for Dodge Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300c, and Magnum vehicles equipped with 5.7L, 6.1L, and 6.4L HEMI V8 engines from 2015 to 2023, excluding 6.2L engines. It provides a bolt-on solution that enhances horsepower and torque while maintaining factory accessories and minimizing installation complexity.
Construction and Appearance. This turbo system features a billet center section with an available oil-less billet compressor wheel option, enhancing durability and efficiency. High-quality 304 stainless steel pre-turbo pipes and downpipes ensure corrosion resistance and longevity. The kit includes precision bead rolled aluminum intercooler piping paired with durable silicone couplers, designed for seamless integration with stock manifolds and exhaust systems.
Installation. Engineered for straightforward installation, this twin turbo system requires no relocation of wiring or factory components and no drilling. It fits directly onto stock 5.7L manifolds or upgraded shorty headers for 6.1L and 6.4L engines, making it one of the easiest twin turbo setups to install on these vehicles.
Application. This system supports 400 to 1000+ rear wheel horsepower with proper tuning. It is tested to deliver 507 horsepower and 553 lb-ft torque at 6psi boost on a stock engine setup. Upgrade paths are available for high power builds, including larger turbos, fuel system upgrades, and injectors. The system fits Dodge Charger, Challenger, Chrysler 300c, and Magnum V8 HEMI models from 2015 to 2023, excluding 6.2L engines, engineered to deliver reliable performance gains without compromising factory features or requiring extensive modifications.
