Description
Advanced Boost Dependent Injection. The AEM Electronics Water Methanol Injection Kit is designed to deliver precise water/methanol injection for high compression naturally aspirated and forced induction gas engines. It actively supports engine efficiency and performance by controlling injection based on manifold absolute pressure, making it ideal for forced induction vehicles operating up to 35 PSI of boost.
Construction and Appearance. The system features a machined billet injector with an integral check valve to ensure reliable flow control. The 1-gallon tank incorporates a conductive low fluid level indicator, and the pump is a recirculation-style design with integral fittings for quiet and efficient operation. The kit also includes high-pressure nylon injection tubing and an LED dash light to communicate system status and warnings.
Installation. Installation requires moderate mechanical skill, with no mandatory drilling required thanks to the integrated harness and included fittings. The positive lock connectors ensure secure and straightforward electrical connections.
Warranty. This kit is backed by a manufacturer’s one-year warranty for added peace of mind. Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required depending on vehicle specifics.
