      Description

      Maximized Airflow for Power Gains. This AFE 90 mm Billet Throttle Body enlarges the factory opening to 90 mm, allowing your V8 HEMI Charger to inhale more air and produce greater horsepower and torque throughout the rpm range. The smooth transition design maintains airflow velocity, improving throttle response and engine efficiency.

      Durable, Precision-Machined Construction. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, the throttle body resists warping under heat and provides superior thermal conductivity. The recalibrated idle air control passage ensures stable idle and prevents stalling, even with custom intakes or exhaust modifications.

      Installation. This product installs as a direct replacement for the factory unit using original throttle-body bolts and wiring; simply unbolt the stock throttle body, transfer the IAC sensor, and torque the new unit to spec—no additional tuning is required for stock ECU configurations.

      Application. This AFE 90 mm Billet Throttle Body fits 2006–2012 Charger models equipped with V8 HEMI engines.
