The 2.50-Inch Tube and Fin Intercooler with Turbo Piping Kit is engineered to optimize air intake temperatures and boost system efficiency in turbocharged applications. Featuring a lightweight aluminum construction with a tube and fin core, this intercooler efficiently dissipates heat while maintaining low pressure drop for improved throttle response. Capable of supporting up to 500 horsepower, it delivers an increase of 10 to 20 horsepower through improved airflow and charge cooling. Ideal for custom turbo setups, this complete kit provides superior performance and versatility for both street and track builds.

      Construction and Appearance. The intercooler is constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum with one-piece cast end tanks for maximum strength and reliability under boost. The polished 6061 aluminum piping features 2.5-inch diameter tubing with a 1.8mm wall thickness, rolled and beaded ends for secure hose retention, and a bright polished finish for a clean, professional look. The kit includes eight high-temperature braided blue silicone couplers and sixteen stainless steel T-bolt clamps to ensure airtight connections. Designed for efficiency, the system increases airflow by up to 65 percent while maintaining consistent boost pressure and reducing heat soak.

      Installation. Installation is moderately difficult and may require trimming, welding, or fabrication depending on the vehicle's configuration. The universal design allows it to fit a wide variety of turbocharged or supercharged vehicles.
