Description
Premium Standard Diffuser. The Standard Diffuser is engineered to efficiently improve airflow from the differential to the rear of the vehicle. This add-on component bolts directly onto the factory valance, enhancing rear-end aerodynamics with a functional design tailored specifically for the Charger. It is ideal for enthusiasts seeking quality performance and aerodynamic refinement.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from durable 1/4 and 3/8-inch HDPE and 14 gauge aluminum, this diffuser balances strength and flexibility. The standard finish includes a raw aluminum attachment plate exhibiting natural manufacturing marks, while the optional black powder coat finish offers a sleek, resilient black aluminum plate. The aluminum plate remains hidden from ground view under normal vehicle stance.
Installation. Installation requires moderate skill. No drilling is necessary when installing on vehicles with a threaded rear differential cross brace. For unthreaded rear ends, securing the hardware nuts requires a rivnut tool, which is necessary to properly attach the diffuser.
Application. This diffuser fits 2015-2023 Charger RT, SXT, Scat Pack, Hellcat, and SRT models equipped with either threaded or unthreaded rear differential cross braces. Depending on muffler configurations, trimming of the aluminum pan may be required for proper fitment.
