Description
Rear Diffuser Upgrade. The Standard Diffuser enhances aerodynamic performance by properly managing airflow from the differential to the rear of the vehicle, reducing turbulence and improving stability. It’s designed as a bolt-on add-on to the factory valance, allowing for a straightforward upgrade to the rear of your widebody Charger.
Construction and Appearance. Made from durable HDPE with 1/4" and 3/8" thicknesses for the diffuser and fins, combined with a 14 gauge aluminum attachment plate. The diffuser is available in a raw aluminum finish or a black powder coated aluminum plate, with the latter providing added corrosion resistance and a sleek look. The aluminum plate shows fine manufacturing marks but remains hidden from normal ground view.
Installation. Installation requires basic tools and follows the same procedure as previous Charger diffuser models but features a new fin design specific to the widebody setup. Some trimming of the aluminum pan may be necessary depending on exhaust muffler configuration, and the included hardware supports both threaded and unthreaded rear differential cross braces, although use of a rivnut tool is necessary for unthreaded setups.
Application. Engineered specifically for 20-23 Charger Widebody models equipped with either threaded or unthreaded rear differential cross braces. This diffuser is incompatible with standard body Chargers due to design variances in the rear valance and differential mounting.
