Description
Enhanced Suspension Component. The Supreme Front Upper Control Arm and Ball Joint Assembly; Passenger Side is designed to provide reliable suspension performance and handling. It connects the vehicle frame to the wheel assembly, allowing smooth articulation and control while driving. This part is essential for maintaining proper wheel alignment and steering stability and is built to withstand high usage demands.
Construction and Appearance. Constructed from durable cast steel, this control arm assembly features a protective surface treatment to prevent rust and extend service life. It includes patented sintered metal bearings for superior toughness and is pre-greased with a 180-degree SAE grease fitting to ease maintenance. The bushings are made of rubber for noise reduction and flexibility, finished in a black protective coating for added corrosion resistance.
Installation. Installation is straightforward, requiring no drilling and uses a part-specific locking nut that speeds up the ball joint installation process. This assembly is designed to fit several Chrysler-based rear-wheel drive models and simplifies replacement to reduce labor time.
Application and Fitment. Fits Chrysler 300 (2005-2023 RWD), Dodge Challenger (2008-2023, mostly RWD), Dodge Charger (2006-2023 RWD), and Dodge Magnum (2005-2008 RWD). Note that for some earlier Chrysler-platform vehicles, replacing left and right upper control arms together is recommended to ensure equal caster angles and optimal suspension performance.
