      Description

      Type-VIP Viper Style Hood. This Type-VIP Viper Style Hood is a great way to add intimidating styling to your 2006-2010 Dodge Charger. Complete with two fully functional heat extractor vents and a functional front scoop opening, this Type-VIP Fiberglass Hood will improve air flow in addition to improving the visual appearance of your Charger.

      Functional Ram Air. Keep under hood temperatures in check. With the center air scoop and two heat extractor vents, not only does this Type-VIP Hood look aggressive, but it will improve air flow as well. The center scoop with stainless mesh grille directs cool air into the integrated ram air system, which then makes its way to the factory air box. The vents allow hot air to escape from the engine bay. Combined, your Charger can perform better and will obtain a boost in overall performance.

      Quality Construction. This Type-VIP Hood is made from an extremely strong, lightweight fiberglass material that requires little to no prep work for installation. Featuring a smooth, gel coat finish on both the top and underside of the hood allows you the option to paint both sides for a fully customized look. Mesh inserts are also included.

      Bolt-On Installation. Utilizing the OEM latches and hinges on your Charger, this Hood is a direct fit replacement for the factory hood. Shipping unpainted, this hood will require prep, primer and paint prior to installation, completed by your local shop. Please check locally for pricing estimates.

      Application. This Type-VIP Style Ram Air Hood; Unpainted is designed to fit 2006-2010 Dodge Charger models.
