Stylish LED Wheel Accent. The Oracle LED Illuminated Wheel Rings with ColorSHIFT technology enhance vehicle aesthetics by illuminating the wheel wells with a vibrant, colorful glow. Designed to install around the brake rotor and attach to either the brake dust shield or drum brakes, they create a striking visual effect ideal for shows or off-road events.
