Superior Handling. Getting a pair of Pedders Sports Ryder Rear Lowering Spring can significantly improve your Dodge Charger’s handling, comfort, and traction. With a lowered center of gravity, you also decrease the chance of rollovers during sudden and sharp turns. Considering that these aftermarket coil springs surpasses OEM in terms of quality and performance, they are a worthwhile investment for your Dodge Charger.
Slightly Lowered Stance. This kit allows you to lower your Charger without going overboard. With a 15mm or 0.60-inch drop on your Charger's rear suspension, you get a more aggressive racecar look without all the disadvantages associated with a lowered suspension. These lowering springs which are sold separately were engineered to be compatible with your stock size wheels and tires.
Advanced Manufacturing. These are hot-formed coil springs that were quenched in oil bath and slowly tempered in the oven to ensure its core strength remains intact. The coils are then shot-peened to ensure that no microscopic cracks remain, thereby guaranteeing a longer service life for your spring coils. Furthermore, the springs are scragged to relieve them of any pressure before getting powder-coated in red. The springs are sold separately.
Progressive Design. Progressive springs (also known as variable rate springs) are designed to be more compliant when riding over rough and uneven surfaces like public roads. Progressive springs are engineered with a low starting spring rate that increases as the spring compresses. Variable rate compression allows for a smoother ride, while still providing good handling characteristics when pushed hard. This makes progressive rate springs a popular choice for daily street driven Chargers.
Safe Installation Reminder. The Pedders Sports Ryder Rear Lowering Spring directly replaces your factory springs. However, due to the inherent danger associated with installing spring coils, a professional installation is highly recommended.
Pedders Warranty. Pedders warranties its full range of suspension parts against defects in workmanship, materials and/or malfunction for 24 Months or 24,000 miles from the time of purchase. If a Pedders part malfunctions during the 24 Month or 24,000 mile warranty period and Pedders determines the part in question to be defective, Pedders will either replace it or repair it at their discretion. Some exceptions apply.
