Description
High-Performance Racing Seat. The RaceQuip FIA Rated Composite Racing Seat; 16-Inch Large offers professional-grade support designed to keep drivers firmly in place for enhanced control. It is engineered to meet FIA 8855-1999 certification, ensuring safety and reliability for serious motorsport applications.
Construction and Appearance. This seat features a one-piece hand-laid FRP composite shell for superior strength and lightweight performance. It is finished with a shiny black gelcoat on exposed surfaces for durability and ease of cleaning, while the interior is covered in breathable black mesh fabric with memory foam cushions for comfort and energy absorption.
Installation. The seat includes four built-in 8mm threaded mounting lugs for secure attachment. Installation requires moderate skill and no drilling is necessary when using compatible brackets. Optional seat mount brackets allow adjustment of recline from 0° upright to 30° layback to suit driver preference.
Application. Designed to fit universal applications; some adaptation may be required for proper fitment.
