It precisely regulates exhaust pressure to manage turbo boost levels, safeguarding engine integrity while maximizing power output. Its advanced design delivers exceptional control, durability, and thermal management for dependable boost control under demanding conditions.

Construction and Appearance. Featuring a high-temp 347 stainless steel body and Nitronic 60 valve guide, it incorporates 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for enhanced longevity and fatigue resistance. The rotatable actuator housing allows customizable routing of reference hoses, and the wastegate is finished with a durable black coating that withstands heat and corrosion.

Installation. Installation is straightforward for those experienced with external wastegates. It requires minimal modification when upgrading from Gen4 Turbosmart wastegates, with no drilling necessary. The unit is designed as a direct fit replacement and uses strap-type V-band clamps for secure and easy mounting.
