The Vortech Universal 10-Rib Crank Pulley; 7.80-Inch is designed to upgrade the crankshaft pulley system to support supercharger applications and enhance power delivery. It serves as a critical component in transmitting engine power efficiently to the supercharger or accessory drive belts. This pulley is essential for high-output engines requiring a durable and precise drive solution.

      Construction and Appearance. This crank pulley features a flat-backed design with ten ribs for improved belt engagement. It is drilled to accommodate multiple bolt patterns including 3-bolt Chevy, 4-bolt Ford, and 6-bolt MOPAR, except for the 7.8-inch version which excludes the 6-bolt MOPAR pattern. The finish is engineered for durability and corrosion resistance.

      Installation. Installation requires basic mechanical knowledge and tools, with no complex modifications typically needed. The pulley is pre-drilled for common bolt patterns, minimizing drilling requirements and simplifying installation.

      Application. Fits universal applications; some adaptation may be required due to varying bolt configurations and sizes. Note that the 7.8-inch pulley does not accommodate the 6-bolt MOPAR bolt pattern.
