High Performance Upgrade. The Wilwood AERO4 Rear Big Brake Kit with drilled and slotted rotors and red calipers provides enhanced braking power for the rear axle by replacing factory disc brakes while retaining the original equipment parking brake assembly. This kit complements front big brake upgrades to improve stopping performance and heat dissipation under demanding conditions.
Construction and Appearance. It features four-piston AERO4 calipers finished in a durable red powder coat, paired with 14.25-inch Spec-37 iron rotors that are drilled and slotted to reduce fade and maintain consistent performance. The rotors have a black electro-coat finish, and the aluminum rotor hats include multiple bolt circle options to provide flexible fitment.
Installation. Designed for original equipment manufacturer rear axle housings with zero offset, the kit uses radial mount calipers for secure mounting. It installs directly without drilling; however, verifying axle flange and offset dimensions is necessary to ensure proper fitment.
Warranty. This product is backed by a manufacturer’s warranty for quality assurance.
Application. Primarily designed for 06-10 Charger models, excluding AWD and SRT8 versions due to incompatibility with specific axle and brake configurations.
