Keep Your Turbocharger Cool. The DEI Turbo Insulation Kit comes with components for your entire turbocharger, including the turbocharger housing and down pipe. Rated for up to 1,200°F of heat protection, the DEI Insulation Kit provides your Jeep with all the benefits of lower engine bay temperatures.
Better Performance and Long Life. By keeping engine bay temperatures down, the DEI Turbo Insulation Kit makes more cool air available for the intake, reducing turbo lag. Additionally, the more sensitive engine components are also protected from heat damage, extending their life.
Straightforward Installation. The DEI Insulation Kit installs using standard hand tools. Two pairs of stainless steel ties used to secure the insulation onto the housing and down pipes are included for convenience.
