These rear brake pads are engineered to provide up to 15% more stopping power over stock, improving everyday road safety. Additionally, these pads are designed to OE specifications to simplify fitment. What this means is you get to spend less time in the garage and more time on the road where your Charger belongs.
Reinforced Ceramic Brake Compound. What makes these rear pads special is their ceramic braking compound that’s reinforced with aramid fibers. This specially formulated compound offers a higher friction coefficient over stock, ensuring a faster braking response. Additionally, these pads are mated to rigid alloy backing plates equipped with the exclusive Nucap Retention System (NRS) hooks. This system adds several small hooks to the backing plate, greatly improving the bondage of the brake compound to the backing plate. The result is a pad that’s extremely resistant to corrosion debonding and edge lifting.
Reduced Dust and Noise. These brake pads’ specially formulated compound is also designed to produce less brake dust, helping reduce the time between wheel cleaning and maintenance. This reduction in dust also helps improve performance since dust buildup on the rotor face is also reduced. What’s more, these pads include an OEM slotted and chamfered design, which helps lessen braking noise.
Simple Install Procedure. Installing these brake pads is a relatively simple procedure as these mount onto your Charger’s rotors without requiring modifications. Also, standard hand tools are all you need for installation, and factory hardware is reused in most applications.
