Description
Universal Emissions Solution. The Flowmaster 200 Series Catalytic Converter, featuring a 2-inch inlet and outlet, is engineered to deliver effective catalytic conversion across a variety of universal applications. It is designed primarily for pre-OBDII vehicles, vintage hot rods, and racing use, helping reduce harmful emissions for vehicles without factory-installed converters.
Construction and Appearance. Built with a durable stainless steel spun outer casing, this catalytic converter has a compact 4-inch diameter and 8-inch length to facilitate installation in tight spaces. The core includes a high flow 200-cell metallic substrate designed for severe-duty and high-temperature environments. It features a natural finish without coatings or paint.
Installation. Installation is simple, utilizing slip-fit, weld-on connections that require no drilling. Note that hangers are not included and may be needed depending on your vehicle’s setup.
Warranty. This product comes with a 25,000-mile performance and emissions warranty, along with a 5-year or 50,000-mile case warranty, providing confidence in its durability and effectiveness.
Application. Suitable for universal applications with some adaptations, this catalytic converter is not legal for use on emissions-controlled vehicles and is prohibited for sale or installation in California and states enforcing CARB regulations.
