Description
Precision Adjustable Shocks. The FOX Factory Race Series 2.0 X2 Adjustable Coil-Over Reservoir Shocks enhance handling and suspension performance for the Dodge Charger, providing an adaptable ride quality suited for daily driving and track use. These shocks allow drivers to fine-tune damping characteristics independently for high- and low-speed compression and rebound, creating a balanced and responsive driving experience.
Construction and Appearance. Crafted from 6061-T6 aluminum with Type III hard anodization, the shock bodies are impact-extruded and CNC-machined for superior durability and corrosion resistance. The 5/8-inch shafts are hard chromed steel, and the assembly features an external reservoir with an internal floating piston, finished with a robust surface texture designed to withstand rigorous use.
Installation. Installing these shocks involves converting the rear suspension to coil-overs, which improves the motion ratio and allows for easy ride height adjustments. No additional drilling is required, and the installation difficulty is moderate for those with suspension experience.
Application. These shocks are specifically engineered to fit 2011 through 2023 Dodge Charger models, supporting a ride height drop between 0.75 and 1.5 inches to optimize handling and performance.
